⚖️ No Refund Policy – Songwriting & Licensing Services

All services provided by Marquita® are custom, creative works and are therefore non-refundable.

By purchasing songwriting services or licensing any composition, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Marquita® provides premium gospel songwriting and music licensing services. Due to the custom and creative nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

All songwriting services are tailored specifically to each client’s vision, message, and project requirements. As a result, once work has begun or access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.

Music licensing services are also non-refundable. Upon purchase, clients receive a non-exclusive mechanical license granting permission to record, perform, and distribute the composition. Ownership of all compositions remains with Marquita Nashaye Allen p/k/a Marquita®.

By purchasing services, accessing the catalog, or entering into any agreement, clients acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy in full.

🎤 1. Custom Work

All songwriting services are created specifically for the client’s request. Due to the personalized and creative nature of this work, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with creative direction, style, or outcome.

📜 2. Ownership & Rights

All compositions, lyrics, melodies, and underlying intellectual property remain the sole and exclusive property of Marquita® at all times.

The client is not purchasing ownership of the song.

🎧 3. License Granted

Upon full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive mechanical license, which grants permission to:

• Record the composition

• Perform the composition

• Distribute their version of the recording

This license does not transfer ownership and does not grant exclusive rights.

🚫 4. No Chargebacks or Disputes

By completing a purchase, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims. Any attempt to reverse payment for services rendered will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.

By purchasing services, accessing the catalog, or entering into any agreement with Marquita®, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
