Please be informed that once services have been completed and approved, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to ensure mutual understanding and commitment to the work performed. Additionally, all rights to the work will remain with the author. This means that while you may have access to and usage rights for the songs provided, the ownership and any associated intellectual property rights are retained by the author. For your convenience, a mechanical license will be issued to facilitate the usage of the songs. This license allows for the authorized use of the music while ensuring that the author retains their rights over the work. By proceeding with our agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms, which are designed to protect both parties and maintain the integrity of the creative process.
